1 to 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Marinade:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat with garlic, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Combine vinegar, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl; mix well. Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag or other covered container; add meat. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Grill meat over medium-low coals 10-15 minutes per side, or until meat is no longer pink or a meat thermometer registers 160. You may wish to sear the meat over high heat first, then cook over low heat.

Bring marinade to a boil in a medium saucepan. Cover, cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Slice meat; serve with marinade as a dipping sauce, if desired.
