1 1/2 lb. broccoli

Sauce:
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup chopped cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the broccoli and set aside.

Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn off.

Mix in the cashews and pour mixture over broccoli.
