12 ounces beef stew meat.
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cups of vegetable broth (knorr)
1 cup water
1 medium diced onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon beef bullion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
3 cups cubed potatoes
1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 cup sliced carrots
3/4 cup flour water mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in the bottom of large saucepan using cooking oil. Add vegetable juice, water, onion, worcestershire sauce, beef bullion, oregano, marjoram, black pepper and bay leaves. Simmer covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is very tender.
Stir in veggies and simmer covered for an additional --20 minutes or until veggies are almost tender. Thicken soup using a flour water mixture and cook for up to 5 additional minutes. Discard bay leaves.
