3 medium, 1/2" diced potatoes (peeled or unpeeled depending on preference
1 diced garlic clove
water
2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of sour cream
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add cut up potatoes to non Teflon saucepan with garlic and 2 tsp salt. Add enough water to cover tops of potatoes. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain. Add butter, sour cream and milk to saucepan and blend with egg beater until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
