2 large Potatoes, peeled or unpeeled, depending upon preference
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cut potatoes lengthwise into french fry size pieces. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked and crispy brown. Serve and enjoy!!!
