5 medium 1/8" diced tomatoes
1-2 medium finely diced garlic cloves
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil
salt and pepper
1 lb mozzarella, thinly sliced
1 baguette loaf, toasted and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and basil together in mixing bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange bread and cheese around bowl on plate. Serve.
