Soak 1 c almonds overnight.
Blend in blender for about 1 minute
1/2 c almonds to 2 c water

Directions:

Strain through a nylon or mesh bag. Squeeze all liquid out. The remaining gush is great in homemade bread. (Eva says she does both on the same day so she doesn't have to throw away the gush.)
Add 1 tsp honey and a pinch of salt. Chill.
Continue process using all the almonds.

Recipe of Aunt Eva. Really a good and healthy kind of milk. I had it with cereal and it was really tasty.
