2-3 Pillsbury crescent rolls spread out in a bar pan and baked as per instructions on the can. Spread crust with: 8 oz cream cheese whipped with 1 c powdered sugar 3 T fruit juice Fresh berries to your liking.
Top with fresh fruit. Whole berries, sliced kiwi, and/or sliced strawberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Recipe of Deon Christensen. I like this one better because the crust is not sweet like some recipes.
