2 LB. bag frozen hashbrowns
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 t. salt

topping:
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Partially thaw the hashbrowns and then mix together with soup, sour cream, grated cheese, the stick of butter, onion and salt. Pour into a 9x13 buttered baking dish. Mix together cornflakes and butter and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
