4 C. of shredded lettuce 3/4 C. of chopped carrots 3/4 C. of chopped celery 1/2 C. of chopped cilantro 1/2 C. of chopped bacon 1 C. of diced tomato 1/2 C. of Monterrey jack cheese 2 C. of chicken fajita (grilled and chopped) 1 avocado (sliced) (optional)
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with the juice of 1/2 a lime and as much salsa as you like, for your dressing. Enjoy with homemade corn tortillas.
