1 lb. grated cheese
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, grated
black pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: mold with hands into desired shape (usually a ring).

Place in refrigerator until chilled. When ready to serve, fill center with strawberry preserves.

Spread onto crackers.

Good as a spread without preserves also.
