1 lb. spinach
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 cup pecans sautéed in butter

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:

Combine spinach, strawberries and nuts. Top with dressing.
