1 lb. ground beef, lean
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 - 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and drain. Mix together cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup and ground beef in a mixing bowl.

Using a 9 x 13 dish, line the bottom with tater tots (1 layer). Spread the ground beef mixture over the tater tots.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 until tater tots are done (about 30 minutes).

Remove foil the last 10 minutes of cooking to form a light crust on top.
