1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice (drained from 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/3 cup melted butter/margarine
3/4 cup ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar, flour and pineapple juice.

Add the cheddar cheese and pineapple chunks.

Spoon above into 1 qt. casserole.

Combine the butter and crackers and sprinkle over pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cracker crumbs are lightly browned.
