Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless), pounded
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese mixed with 1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs with 1/2 cup milk.

Dip chicken in the egg, then roll in the cheese mixture. Place in a deep pan.

Melt 1 stick of margarine and drizzle over chicken.

Cook 1 1/2 hrs at 300, uncovered.
