½ Kg. de harina
¼ Kg. de manteca vegetal
6 yemas
1 cucharadita de canela
pizca de sal
150 grs. de azúcar

Directions:
Directions:
Todos estos ingredientes se amasan hasta que se una y no se parta la masa.

Se labran las bolitas y se aplastan con la palma de la mano. Se pintan con clara de huevo y se espolvorean con ajonjolí.

Se llevan al horno a dorar.
