1 taza de harina
½ taza de margarina (quedan maravillosas con Crisco)
½ taza de azúcar blanca
1 taza de avena (quaker)
½ taza de azúcar rubia
1 huevo
½ cucharadita de vainilla
½ cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
¼ cucharadita de sal
¼ cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 tableta de chocolate semidulce o bitter picado en cuadritos (5 oz.=141 grs.)

Cernir juntos el harina, el bicarbonato, el polvo de hornear y la sal.

Batir la margarina y las dos azucares (rubia y blanca); agregar el huevo. Batir bien hasta que la masa esté suave. Agregar los ingredientes secos cernidos y por último la vainilla y la avena.

Apagar la batidora y agregar en forma envolvente el chocolate picado.

Engrasar la lata para galletas y colocar cucharaditas de masa sobre la lata.

Poner al horno de 350º F por unos 15 min.
