steaks for rolling
hard boiled eggs
salt to taste
pepper to taste
parsley flakes
dried onion flakes
Parmesan cheese
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Lay steaks out on flat surface. Use about 1/2 of a sliced hard boiled egg per steak. Sprinkle spices and cheese to taste. Roll up the steak with the ingredients inside. Use toothpicks to keep steaks rolled while baking. Bake on greased rack with cookie sheet below or broiler pan at 350 for 25 minutes. Do not turn while baking. Cook in pot with meatballs and gravy for 2 hours.
