4 Medium apples
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt mix w/ flour
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 c chopped walnuts
3/4 c wesson oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Peal slice and chop 4 medium apples (about 4 cups)
2 cups sugar, mix w/ apples. Sift, measure 2 1/2 c flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, mix w/ flour. 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1 c chopped walnuts, 3/4 c wesson oil, 1 tsp vanilla.
Pour apple mixture, nuts, into flour mixture and mix well with eggs and oil. Do not grease pan. Bake 50 min. at 350 in 9 x 13 x 2 1/2 deep.
