6 Slices Bread (stale works best)
2 Beaten Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, and salt. Dip each slice of break into mixture. Brown both sides in butter on hot griddle. Serve with syrup, jelly, or honey.
