3 Garlic Cloves minced
1/2 Medium Onion chopped
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes
3 Tbs Butter
1 lb Chicken fillets
1/2 Green Pepper sliced
1 1/4 tsp Basil
1 1/4 tsp Oregano
Pinch of Ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet saute onion and garlic in butter about 2 minutes. Add floured chicken and brown both sides. Remove chicken and add tomatoes and all other ingredients, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve over pasta.
