Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Fresh ripe peaches (Don't peel or pit), washed
Store bought or homemade pie crust

Sauce:
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 T. cream
5 T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap fresh dry ripe peaches in pie crust; prick tops of crust with a fork to vent. These can be frozen at this time first individually on a cookie sheet; when frozen put them in freezer bags.
When ready to bake, put them in a preheated 400
oven and then turn it down to 375 and bake 1 hour.
Cook the sauce ingredients together until bubbly.
Serve the sauce over the warm peach and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can bake these frozen. Yes, you have a pit left in your dish!
I do lots of these during peach season and have them throughout the year. Serve them in a crystal champagne goblet or an ice cream dish. The sauce with the peaches is just the best!
