1 1/2 gal. Cranberry Juice
1 Large Can Apple Juice
1 Large Can Pineapple Juice
1 -16 oz. can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Simple Syrup (see below)
1 Qt. Ginger Ale

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into punch bowl and serve. To keep cold, freeze any one of the juices ( I usually use the cranberry juice) in a mold and float in bowl.
To make simple syrup: Use 1 1/2 cupfuls sugar to 2 cupfuls water. Stir well before heating and bring slowly to a boil, 236.
