2# Rump Roast
2 Medium Onion, Diced
3 Cloves Garlic, Diced
2 tsp. salt
2 Stalks Celery (optional)
2 Cups Catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Squirts Tobasco

Directions:
Directions:
Braise the roast well on both sides in a heavy skillet with olive oil. Put in large pot and add 1 of the onions and 2 cloves of the garlic and salt. Cover with water and cook until well done, approximately 4-5 hours. remove the roast and cut into small cubes. Return to the pot and cook about another hour or until it begins to break up. Add the other onion, garlic clove, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and tobasco. Simmer until the right consistency for sandwiches.

When my children were in high school this is what all of their friends wanted when they came to our house. I don't know how many hundred BBQ Beef sandwiches I have made. It has also become a request by my son-in-law Don for their hunting camp.
