1 small can crushed pineapple
cup sugar
1 envelope gelatin
cup cold water
1 package soft cream cheese
pint whipping cream
cup chopped pecans or walnuts
small bottle red cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple. Add to juice cup sugar and let boil until syrupy. (just a few minutes) Dissolve gelatin in cup cold water and add to warm syrup, stirring until completely dissolved. Mash cheese and add pineapple. When syrup is cool, add cheese, pineapple, whipping cream, nuts and cherries. Place in mold and chill.
