2- 8" pie crusts, uncooked
2 c. sugar
1 slightly rounded Tbsp. flour
1 well rounded Tbsp. corn meal
4 eggs
2 lemon rinds, grated
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, flour, and meal. In blender, mix eggs, lemon rind, milk, lemon juice, and margarine. Add sugar mixture to blender and blend on high. Pour into uncooked pie shells. Cook at 350 for approximately 55 minutes.
