1 - 3 oz. pkg lime jello 1 c. boiling water 1 - 3 oz. pkg cream cheese (soften and beat) 2/3 c. crushed pineapple w/juice 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1 c. Cool Whip
Add gelatin to boiling water to dissolve. Beat in cream cheese until it melts. Cool until it congeals before adding in pineapple and celery. Fold in Cool Whip. Turn into 4 c. mold or baking dish. Chill until firm. (Suggest doubling recipe.)
