1 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp chopped basil
1/8 tsp red-pepper flakes
1 cup marinara sauce
2 no bake lasagna noodles
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic bulb

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Stir ricotta, basil, and pepper flakes in bowl. Spread 1/3 cup marinara over bottom of 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan. Top with 1 noodle. Spread half the ricotta mixture on noodle. Top with another noodle, 1/3 cup marinara and remaining ricotta mixture. Spread 1/3 cup marinara on top and sprinkle with parmesan.

Place garlic in another oven proof dish. Bake garlic and pasta dish for 25 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve each portion with toasted Italian bread spread with baked garlic pulp.
