1/2 head lettuce broken in small pieces
2 c. diced celery
1c. diced green pepper
2 diced tomatoes
2 diced green onions
4-5 hard cooked eggs (save 2 for topping)
3-4 cans drained medium deveined shrimp
Sliced olives (optional)
Paprika

Dressing:
3/4 c. miracle whip
1 t. yellow mustard
1 t. sugar
2 T. milk
1/8 t. onion powder
1/2 t. celery seeds
2 shakes pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients together, EXCEPT shrimp. Mix dressing ingredients together. Put shrimp and dressing on top of salad and mix lightly just before serving. Slice remaining eggs on top, garnish with paprika. Chill before serving.
