1 lb ground pork 1 lb ground veal 1 lb ground beef 1 c. of breadcrumbs from stale bread (or toasted) 1 small jar of pesto 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. parmesan
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for several minutes; squeeze to drain and add in a large bowl to meat mixture. Stir in pesto, egg and parmesan. Shape into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
