1 c. butter
c. unsweetened cocoa
3 c. powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. creme de menthe
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 c. butter with cocoa, then remove from heat and stir in 1/2 c. powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat well and stir cracker crumbs into mixture. Press into 9x13 pan.

Melt 1/2 c. butter, add creme de menthe.

Next beat in 3 c. powdered sugar. Pour over chocolate mixture and chill for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips and 1/4 c. butter and pour over mixture. Chill 3 hours and serve.
