3 or 4 Cups diced zucchini
1 onion chopped
3 eggs beaten
1tsp salt
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
6 Tbs melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add cheese. Mix zucchini and onions put in greased casserole dish. top with bread, spread melted butter over top.

Bake 350 1 hour
