3# lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 16 oz. can tomatoes
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 15 oz. cans chili beans in chili gravy

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned and broken up and onion is tender; drain.
Stir in tomato juice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, oregano and cumin. Heat mixture to rapid boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add chili beans and heat through.
