6 lbs Pork Butt roast cubed in fine pieces
10 cans of regular chilies (4 oz each)
2 cans hot chilies *7 oz each)
1 garlic bud
salt & pepper to taste
1 can tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and drain off fat, add rest of ingredients, cutting the whole chilies into tiny pieces, chop whole garlic bud into tiny pieces.
Cook (simmer) until pork is done.
Makes about 1 gallon.
If thick, thin while cooking with water.
