1 chuck roast, 2 inches thick (about 2 1/2 pounds)
1 5 oz. bottle soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup bourbon or brandy
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in a shallow non-metal dish. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and bourbon or brandy. Pour over meat. Cover and chill in frig at least 6 hours, turning meat once. Grill 5 inches from coals for 15 minutes on each side for medium rare. Spoon more marinade on each time it is turned. To serve, slice on diagonal.
