2 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
c. butter
c. maple syrup
c. chardonnay
breadcrumbs
4 slices prosciutto
4 slices gruyere

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Add butter, maple syrup, and chardonnay to a saucepan and heat just until butter melts. Remove from heat and set aside. Cut chicken into 8 equal pieces, pound flat, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place piece of prosciutto and gruyere onto each chicken medallion, roll up and place in baking dish. Pour maple mixture over chicken and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
