1 16 ounce can tiny peas, drained
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese plus some for sprinkling on top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Place peas in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, then cheese. Stir thoroughly with wooden spoon (carefully.) Sprinkle with additional cheese and bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and top has begun to brown slightly.
