Peaches, 29 oz. can in heavy syrup
12 oz. apricot nectar
1 cup sugar plus enough to sprinkle on top
Cake mix (Jiffy brand 9 oz. yellow)
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl, stir cake mix, egg and water together until smooth. Set aside.
On stove, heat peaches in syrup, sugar and apricot nectar.
Melt one stick butter in large baking dish. Pour cake batter into buttered dish. Spoon peaches evenly over batter. Gently pour syrup/nectar mixture over batter and peaches. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Best served hot with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
