Mix;
2 1/3 c Flour (plus 2 T)
1/2 t salt
1/2 t soda
Blend thoroughly;
1 1/2 sticks melted and cooled butter
1 C brown sugar
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
2 t vanilla

Mix Together. Then Add 2C semi sweet chocolate chip chunks

To make individual cookies. Roll 1/4 C cookie dough. Separate into two pieces. Put jagged edge on bottom and top. Use parchment paper. Place on upper and lowercase rack. Bake 8 min. and rotate pans and bake another 8 min. May need additional 2 min. baking time. Use cooling rack

You can freeze cookie dough pieces but when baking you need to include 2 additional min.
