1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained
2 fresh onion; chopped (include green stems)
2-4 chopped Roma tomatoes, drained
1 avocado, chopped
1 mango, chopped (may use frozen)
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
Small amount chopped jalapeno pepper
Juice of 1 lime

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve plain or over bed of lettuce.
