3 C cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 C sugar
1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter, melted, 1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1/3 to 1/2 stick butter, 1 C brown sugar
1/3 C flour, 1 C pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a food processor (except topping) and beat until fluffy. Pour into a greased 8" x 8" baking dish.
Topping:
Melt butter and mix in brown sugar, flour and pecans. Spread evenly over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
