1 egg white
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
8 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk egg white and add spices to mix well. Add pecan halves to coat with mixture. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 275 for 50 minutes. Move to waxed paper immediately and break apart. Cool.
