16 ounces frozen whole strawberries, not sweetened, thawed
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Chill.
Serve cold with fresh mint.
