Pastry of 2 Crust Pie
1 Lb. Hamburger
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Garlic
Sliced Zucchini
One Large Tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger, drain, add seasonings. Line pie pan with half of the pastry, slice zucchini in bottom of pan, add half the meat mixture - slice more zucchini, then the rest of the meat. Top with tomato slices. Cover with other half of the pastry. Make slits in top of pastry, sprinkle with pepper. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.

This is a great way to use all that Zucchini!! I used to make several pies and freeze them. Great on a cold winter day.
