Fritos
1 Cooked Chicken & Broth
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Can Tomatoes
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
Salt
Oregano Leaves
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place Fritos in bottom of large baking dish, add chicken. Combine onion, tomatoes, green chilies, salt and oregano. Pour over Fritos and chicken. Add enough broth so you can just see it above the Fritos. Tope with shredded cheese. Bake in 350
oven 45 minutes. This is also a good recipe to use with left over turkey.
