2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
1 Clove Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Chicken Broth or bouillon
1/4 tsp. Tobasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic. Add and stir in the flour, then stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. Use when making Don's Enchiladas.
