1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
8 slices white bread (crusts trimmed) cubed
2 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' sausage; drain well. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
