Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken or parts that you like,
1 cup celery, sliced,
1 cup onions, sliced,
1 green pepper, cut in strips,
1 small jar mushrooms,
3 pkg Ramen noodles (vegetable, oriental, or chicken flavor)
cayenne pepper to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 dashes of soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Remove bones and discard skin. Cut into medium pieces; set aside.

In large skillet with oil, saute the next 4 ingredients; add cayenne pepper and seasoning from all 3 packages of noodles. Cook for 5 minutes; remove from heat. Add chicken. In broth you cooked the chicken, boil the 3 packages of noodles until tender. Add cooked noodles to chicken and vegetables in large skillet. Mix well. Shake soy sauce over mixture. Stir and serve.
