6 cucumbers,
1 cup soy sauce,
1 cup vinegar,
red cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cucumbers by peeling and slicing them or slice without peeling. Put in a large plastic or glass container with top that fits tightly. Add soy sauce, pepper and vinegar. Mix well. Place top on tightly. Marinate 4 hours.
