1 to 1 1/2 lb. amount of ground beef
1 small onion
1 can of corn, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes (or chili style tomatoes)
1 can tomato paste
1 can crushed, stewed tomatoes
1 dry pack of spaghetti sauce
1 dry pack of taco seasoning
1 can of navy, pinto, or black beans, drained
more tomatoes or juice as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions. Drain meat and add all other ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Serve with shredded cheese, Fritos Scoops or nacho chips. Can also be served with corn bread or corn muffins. This freezes well.
